Improve the lives and livelihood of WOMEN’S

  • Employing women will allow them to earn their own income, making them less reliant of the fortunes of men as is often the case. This increases sense of self worth and independence will go a long way in ensuring a harmonious, stable family life. Women in this region are often mistreated, abused and raped. Many women are currently employed in agriculture in the region but on a far smaller, non-commercial basis. By pooling their skills and educating them further, we will ensure that they earn far more than they currently are and can produce on average much more person benefiting the community as a whole. Through empowerment and allowing them to accumulate income and support themselves and their children, the Government will be showing the world their attempt to uplift the lives of women in the area.

Build schools facilities ensuring that no children are used in the mining of minerals

In order to create comfortable and holistic communities it is essential that children are not forced into labor and receive the chance to a decent education. Children in DRC`s villages are often exploited within the mining industry due to their agility, small size and inability to decide whether or not they wish to partake in work.
